About this Event

Neurodivergent children and their families often face barriers, stress, and exclusion in sports and physical activities—yet movement, breathwork, and play can be powerful supports for emotional wellbeing. In this interactive workshop, Dr. Jesse Fischer, a licensed clinical neuropsychologist, blends neuroscience, exercise science, and child psychology to help parents and caregivers make movement and sports more accessible, calming, and connection‑building for their children.

In this workshop, parents and caregivers will:

  • Learn how breathwork, movement, and sports can support emotional regulation in neurodivergent kids.
  • Explore simple, body‑based (“bottom‑up”) strategies that help calm the brain and nervous system.
  • Gain practical ideas for integrating movement into daily routines in ways that feel supportive—not overwhelming.
  • Discover approaches that reduce barriers, build confidence, and strengthen caregiver‑child connection.
  • Walk away with tools that honor both their child’s needs and their own.
