FREE Women’s Self-Defence & Empowerment WorkshopJoin us for a special community self-defence workshop designed to help build confidence, awareness, and practical safety skills in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment.
This workshop will be led by 30× World Champion and Team Canada athlete Nathan Skoufis, founder of Guelph Family Martial Arts, who has spent decades mentoring thousands of students and teaching practical self-defence skills in our community.
Participants will learn simple, effective techniques for personal safety along with important awareness strategies that can help in everyday situations. No previous martial arts experience is required.
This is a free community event hosted in partnership with the YMCA of Guelph.
