Free Women's Workout!

We run a free women’s workout class at our gym in Littleton.

We do this this everyday Wednesday at 4pm.

All levels welcome! We will be using equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells.

All exercises and weights can be modified to your fitness level, so even if you don’t have experience, you’ll get a great workout!
