FREE WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE CLINICLearn in-depth self-defense skills, including powerful strikes from any position. We will focus on empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to enhance personal safety and prevent or respond to potential threats. This class will include techniques for situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, and physical self-defense strategies.
All fitness levels welcome but be prepared for some light physical activity. Dress in stretchy, comfortable clothes.
