To celebrate International Women’s Month, Hero Martial Arts is hosting a FREE Women’s Self Defence Workshop for local women in our community.
This is not a fitness class.
This is practical, confidence building training in a safe and supportive environment.
You will learn:
• Simple and effective self defence techniques
• How to stay calm under pressure
• How to create space and escape safely
• How to move with confidence
At Hero, we believe resilience is built mentally and physically. This workshop is about helping women feel stronger, more aware and more confident in everyday life.
No experience needed.
Just wear comfortable clothing and bring a positive attitude.
Open to all women aged 16+.
