This is a regular space to pause, breathe, and connect with other women in a meaningful way. It’s not therapy and it’s not about advice—it’s about listening, being listened to, and feeling supported as you navigate life, change, and growth together.

We will gather at SoBo Fitness in Southbourne for discussion, journaling and meditation. Please be aware this will be floor based so feel free to bring cushions and blankets if you wish.
