Did you know that we are surrounded by enough wild food growing around us to sustain us indefinitely? Many common plants that are regarded as noxious weeds are some of the most nutritious food and powerful medicine available. Wild food is also not only sustainable, but it is also accessible to all. It doesn't matter whether you live in the mountains or metropolis, there is plenty of food for everyone. It is simply a matter of knowing what to eat and how to eat it. Come join us for our foraging class on the second Saturday in May at noon to learn how we can make the most of what nature has to offer us.
