In recognition of World AIDS Day* on Sunday, Nov. 30, Munson’s Thomas Judd Care Center is hosting a free movie screening of the musical fantasy film "Wicked: For Good" following a brief conversation with the Thomas Judd Team on the importance of HIV testing and prevention. Free concessions will be provided.
NO RSVP is needed for this first-come, first-served event.
About Thomas Judd Care Center:
The Thomas Judd Care Center in Traverse City provides care to people in Northern Michigan living with HIV/AIDS and to those at risk of contracting this infectious disease. The center offers medical care, support services, and prevention services. Founded in 1994, it is the only Ryan White federally-funded program in our region.
*World AIDS Day, held on Dec 1 annually, has been observed internationally since 1988 to raise awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection; and to remember those lost to the disease.
