Join me for a free Wellness Walk. We had a lot of fun walking this beautiful route, so we are going to have another go in January. Beat the post-Christmas blues on this stunning 10km walk, and finish with coffee and cake from the cafe!It's a bit steep in places, but we'll go nice and slow; you don't need to be super fit.
