A 40-minute Zoom meetup we'll have 20 minutes together for silent meditation whatever form you use and a bit of time for connecting and discussion. I'll provide a basic teaching on a simple yet powerful breathing meditation if needed. The intention is to create a fun and supportive meditation group that helps keep us motivated and connected in an otherwise solitary practice.

About your host:
Since she was young Keely has been acutely aware of the suffering within the human experience. For the past twenty years she has dedicated herself to seeking a greater understanding of the roots of inner suffering and methods for eradicating those roots through meditation inner growth practices energy-based healing and personal and spiritual development. She previously taught meditation and mindfulness at the University of Victoria before moving to Calgary. It is Keely's deepest joy and honour to support others on their journey toward greater peace happiness authenticity and personal evolution. Additionally her sensitivity to and experience working with subtle energy fields and energy healing add an extra dimension of support to what she offers in meditation sessions.
