PLEASE READ: We are now on Microsoft Teams (not Zoom) so instead of registering here on Eventbrite, please follow the link below to register on Operation HOPE's website. It's much more streamlined on that site and will ask you the same questions as Eventbrite does. This will also allow me as your coach to register you for the HUD certificate that is required for programs such as Down Payment Assistance. You can still register on Eventbrite however, you will need to register on Operation HOPE's website eventually when I send you the link days before the workshop. HOMEBUYER EDUCATION CERTIFICATE

**PLEASE NOTE: This is a HUD approved course. In order to qualify for the Homebuyer Education Certificate, you MUST be in attendance for BOTH Part 1 and Part 2 workshops in their entirety AND attend a counseling session (see below).

Workshops - Please be on time or the certificate will not be issued. The workshops begin at 9:30am PST (West Coast Time). In order to be registered for the certificate, you will need to complete the questions asked of you on Eventbrite.

Counseling Session - Beginning February 2020, you will also need to attend a counseling session (by phone) to obtain your certificate. This session is a critical piece of your education and will further assist you in understanding what programs are available for you and what questions to ask of your lender and realtor. The session can be done before attending the workshop or after. Workshops and Counseling Sessions are FREE of cost to you. If you have any questions, please reach out to the instructor.
