Knit and crochet the night away in the Ace Textiles Studio! Unwind, work on projects, bring a snack to share, and socialize with others on fiber art adventures. This hosted event is largely self-directed, and while mentorship is available based on your existing skill set or current project, no one-on-one beginner lessons will be available. Attendees will also have access to a swift and ball winder for making pull-skeins.
This event is a potluck. Sharing food and drink is welcome but not required. Please make sure you label your item for folks with allergies. Adult beverages may be served to attendees over 21.
- Level: Everyone! This is a social event where there might be shop talk, but no lessons.
- Timing: 2 hours
- Location: Coworking/Textiles suite 206
- Prerequisites: Knitting, crocheting, or other hand work basics are prerequisites. This workshop provides mentorship on attendees’ existing skill set rather than teaching a new skill.
- Certification: No certifications are provided at this event
- Age: 14+
