Free Try-Out Swimming Class

Are you an amateur swimmer? Or maybe a triathlete or an open-water swimmer? Or maybe you want to get back into swimming to improve your technique, stamina, or speed. Come and swim with us in a nice environment at Friedship SportCentre. Everyone is welcome!

How it works?

1. The first lesson is Free, join the lesson on whichever Thursday you want.
2. Participate in the lesson and get Feedback from our coaches.
3. The coach will explain how you register and how we operate.
4. Register and improve!
