Looking for a structured activity that helps your 4–5 year old build focus, coordination, and confidence? This trial week at Rise Martial Arts gives young kids a fun and engaging introduction to martial arts — no experience needed.

We group preschoolers by age and readiness, and use upbeat, age-appropriate instruction to help them thrive in a supportive setting. Our team specializes in early childhood development — and knows how to help even shy or high-energy kids feel comfortable on the mat.

Trial Week Class Times:– Mondays & Wednesdays at 4:00 PM– Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 PM
