The City of Hot Springs Urban Forestry and Stormwater divisions will be hosting a free tree giveaway from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, at the Garland County Library, 1427 Malvern Avenue, in honor of Earth Day.Trees will be limited to three per person.
Tree species available at the event will be: Native Pecan, Shumard Oak, and Pin Oak.
