Melissa Gibson Smith Pastor | Creative Coach | Entrepreneur
Melissa Gibson Smith is a creative coach, entrepreneur, and pastor who has spent over 15 years ministering at the intersection of faith and artistry. Licensed and ordained through the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening, she serves as Senior Pastor at Grace Community Church in Fortson, GA, while dedicating her primary focus to nurturing creative communities.
Melissa is gifted in helping people discover their God-given identity and hear God's voice. Her trauma-informed, holistic approach addresses the emotional, physical, and spiritual blocks that impact both life and creativity.
In 2010, Melissa founded Epiphany Space, which has grown from intimate artist gatherings into a thriving global online community connecting creative professionals across continents, fostering collaboration, spiritual growth, and artistic excellence.
In 2025, she launched Liberant Ministries to provide discipleship and spiritual resources for Christian artists and creative entrepreneurs. Through Liberant, she offers "Free to Create"—available both as a transformative one-day intensive and an in-depth masterclass series. The intensive helps participants reconnect with their creative spirit, remove creative blocks, expand their imagination, and address limiting beliefs while discovering their identity as God's masterpiece. The masterclass series goes deeper, exploring healing, how to hear God's voice, and co-creating with God.
As a culinary and hospitality executive, Melissa has also launched multiple businesses and a non-profit across California, New York, and Georgia, creating nurturing environments where artists and creatives can thrive—both as makers and as beloved children of God.
