Join our *Mental Health Walk and Talk Therapy Sessions*! This online event provides a safe space to discuss your thoughts and feelings with a licensed therapist. Our experienced, professional and licensed therapists are here to support you through whatever challenges you're facing. Sessions are for 30 minutes where Licensed Therapists offer you tips, tricks and coping strategies and has a topic to cover every week. Wear your headphones and walk and talk along with peers and expert therapists. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, or just need a listening ear, we're here for you. Our sessions are confidential and open to everyone. Come and listen directly from the experts, and let us help you navigate through life's ups and downs. This event is organised by Blue Group Therapy. You will need to install the Beta version of the iPhone app ahead of the event and join the group audio sessions at the mentioned time. You can view a list of licensed therpaists and choose the appropriate time that works for you.
