Join us for a FREE outdoor Tai Chi Gung class by the ocean.
Tai Chi Gung is a gentle, moving meditation to help restore balance, calm the mind, and relieve stress. Through simple, intentional exercises and mindful breathing, this practice supports greater stability, awareness, and ease, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
This class is open to all levels and is a wonderful introduction for anyone curious about Tai Chi Gung or looking for a peaceful way to unwind and reset at the end of the day.
