Join us for 6 weeks learning synchro swimming for beginners.This course is for people who have never tried synchro (artistic swimming) and identify as peri-menopausal, or anything beyond...
To participate, you must be:
a Sunderland resident
peri-menopausal or beyond
able to swim 25m and tread water for 15 seconds
desperate to wear a cracking spangly costume which you will choose and we will provide!!!
Dates - Thursdays, 6.20-7.20pm
