Free Community Support Group For late diagnosed / realised neurodivergent women and non-binary, trans people - at Kyndfolk, Waterworks Road, Worcester
Starting Wednesday 15th October, 12.30–1.30pm - every other week thereafter.

This is a peer support group, to offer connection, understanding, no judgement, and community for late diagnosed or realised neurodivergent women. (Diagnosed or not!).
A space to be held and heard.
Why?
I felt so lonely, misunderstood, guilty and full of shame after 40 years of masking and trying to fit into a neurotypical role, while all along, it turns out those struggles, weren’t because I’m useless, it’s just my neurotype. 🤦♀️
With that realisation though there’s a lot of emotions! The validation, resentment, anger, relief, understanding… and everything else!
This group is my aim to reduce the loneliness and create understanding and community for women in Worcestershire, who have lived a life with the wrong labels and are finally accepting / realising the right labels are actually the answer.
I’m aiming this group at ‘women’ because I identify as a woman, and feel this is what’s I’m best experienced to hold. However, in no way does this discriminate if you don’t identity as a woman. This is an inclusive group for women, non binary and trans people. Gender isn’t a requirement, if you identify with this message, and you are fully open to being inclusive, supporting, without judgement, you’re welcome. (Please contact me if you’re at all unsure. I’m here to make you feel welcome.)
This group is for you to share, learn, listen, as we support each other, whatever part of the discovery you’re at. Everyone is welcome.
Grab a coffee and Join me in the Kyndfolk Community room, upstairs at Kyndfolk. (It’s the pump house in gheluvelt park, race course end) And of course, you’re welcome to stay on and enjoy lunch at Kyndfolk after.

Each session will be lightly guided, with space for sharing, listening and supporting one another.
I’m an EFT practitioner. Tapping has been a tool that has been amazing at helping me to release stress and shift the beleifs that made me feel so full of guilt and shame. So I’ll also offer some gentle EFT tapping at the end of each session. (For those who would like to join in) Because I’ve found talking alone really doesn’t cut it when your nervous system is constantly on edge and you’re so full of shame and uncertainty from a lifetime of being someone else. So I’d love for you to leave feeling slightly lighter, with a tool you can continue to use to support you.
💫 You are not alone. Come as you are - whether you’re overwhelmed, curious, hopeful or exhausted. This is a safe, welcoming space for you. Without conditions, judgment, shame or expectations.
