A softer kind of morning.Join us for Sunrise Yoga Club at Sumner Beach - a free, all levels 30 minute flow as the sun rises, followed by an optional ocean dip to start your day feeling clear, grounded, and alive.
We’re shifting seasons now, and this one is about slowing down, resetting your rhythm, and connecting to the simple ritual of movement, ocean, and community.
What to expect:
– Arrive a few minutes early to catch the sunrise in all its glory
– 30 min guided yoga flow (all levels welcome)
– Optional ocean dip after
– Stay, connect, ease into your Sunday
When: Sunday 19 April
Time: 7 –7.30am (arrive just before)
Where: Sumner Beach, meet by Cave Rock
What to bring:
– Yoga mat or towel
– Layers to stay warm before/after
– Togs if you’re jumping in
