Join us for a rejuvenating experience that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness practices to promote overall well-being. The sessions will take place in the Visitor Pavilion at Brent Cross Town running for five weeks during summer, where you can immerse yourself in a peaceful and supportive environment.Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this session is designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit. Come and discover the transformative power of yoga in a welcoming community setting.
Mats will be provided or bring your own. We have maximum 12 yoga mats available for use.
Please note, we require all names of attendees at the time of booking. The yoga sessions are 55 mins followed by a short meditation session of 8 mins and only suitable for adults over 18.
The sessions are available on a first come first served basis and those that signed up will be prioritised on the day.
