It's cold outside, so let's heat up the oven to bake a cozy quiche or savory tart. They're really easy and versatile dishes that also are perfect to repurpose leftover vegetables into your next dinner.
This class will start with a demonstration making and handling a classic all-butter crust. Then we'll discuss the many variations of quiches, vegetable tarts, and even some pot pies using homemade pie crust or store bought pie crust, phyllo, and puff pastry options. The possibilities are almost endless and most delicious!
