✨ FREE CLASS ✨ Calling all moms 📣 Join us Friday, September 19 at 9:30am. We’ll have a Free Stroller Workout Class designed for moms, by moms! Class will be held in Liberty Plaza right outside of the Kaleídeum in Winston-Salem 🎉We’re celebrating strength & community in motherhood, and you’re invited - all stages of motherhood welcome. Just bring your stroller, water, snacks for little ones, a yoga mat or towel to use, and be ready to move & have fun 🤩

What to bring to a stroller workout class:
- Any stroller or wagon will work, but kids (5 years and younger) need to be strapped in safely. You can pack a baby carrier to store under your stroller, that way if you need to baby wear it’ll be accessible. We’ll give you modifications if you need to baby wear.
Kids older than 5 are welcomed! They just need to be stationary and clear of the other mom’s workout space for safety reasons.
- Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great). If you don’t have either, I have an extra mat you can use.
- Wear comfortable shoes
- Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
- Sunscreen and bug spray can be helpful during certain times of the year
✨ If you need to stop to take a break for yourself, to breastfeed your baby, give a bottle, change a diaper, or give your child a snack - that’s perfectly ok! Just jump back in the workout when you’re ready.
