What to Bring for Stroller Strides
• Comfortable workout clothing
• Supportive sneakers
• Water to stay hydrated
• A mat or towel for floor exercises
• Your stroller (used throughout the workout)
What to Bring for Open Swim
• Swimsuit for all swimmers
• Towels
• Changing rooms and hair dryers are available on site

⚠️ Important pool rule:
Children ages 3 and under must wear two layers of protection in the pool
1️⃣ A non-disposable swim diaper
2️⃣ A swimsuit over the diaper
