QMG's Sports Medicine team is offering FREE sports physicals in Mt. Sterling on Tuesday, June 16 and Tuesday, July 21 from 1-4:30 pm. Call (217) 773-3963 to schedule an appointment.Sports physicals are open to all area student athletes. All athletes who receive a sports physical at QMG will get a free t-shirt.
