Free Sound Healing Workshop | How Sound Affects the Body and Mind

Many people are surprised to learn how strongly sound can affect the mind and body.

Join us at SageWave Sound for a FREE mini workshop exploring how sound interacts with the nervous system and influences the mind and body.

During this workshop we’ll explore how sound can influence the nervous system, how sound can help guide shifts in brainwave states, and how different tones and combinations of notes can influence our emotions and inner state.

Amanda from SageWave Sound will also introduce instruments used in sound healing such as tuning forks and crystal singing bowls. The workshop will conclude with a short sound experience so you can feel the effects for yourself.

After the experience, you're welcome to explore the shop, ask questions, and connect. Guests are also welcome to arrive early to browse the shop before we begin.
