Come join us in depot park at 6pm for a relaxing, FREE sound bowl meditation. I encourage you to bring friends and family, children are also encouraged to come. My 3 will be there. Please bring a blanket or mat to sit on and some refreshing water if you feel the need. I will also be bringing hot tea and hot cocoa so please bring a container to put the drink in. The most important thing to bring though is yourself!
