Deepening Embodiment
with Leerone
This is a free facilitated somatic workshop offering ways to more fully inhabit our body and awaken greater presence. Through solo and partner exercises, we will be invited to hone our attunement and cultivate a quality of listening that births connection. As we deepen in embodiment, we become more intimately aware of the innate wisdom of our body guiding us. Whether moving on our own or with a partner(s), we can learn to be present in our body and in our movement in a way that allows us to tap into this incredible wisdom and be moved by it into deeper states of connectedness. The dance then becomes a pathway into profound healing, wholeness and coherence.
This workshop will focus on simple and accessible exercises that make the above a more tangible experience. These practices train the body to become more viscerally responsive and to move from a deeper source so that our dance can unfold with effortless creativity and flow on and off the dance floor.
All somatic backgrounds and levels welcome. Whether a beginner or seasoned somatic practitioner, this workshop can be a deepening and enriching experience.
