Join us for the upcoming, free, seniors Tai Chi at The Fremont Main Library for April 2026.
We've been having a Fit n' Fun turnout with our adapted, beginner friendly Tai Chi basics class geared for all levels of fitness, at the Fremont Main Library, so we continue with our series, with our April 27, 2026 edition.
Active flexibility, balance, core strength, breathing exercises for relaxation, and cognitive skills are the focus of this free class.
Instructor Michael Quebec brings his 43 years of martial arts experience and 20 years of working specifically on senior citizens fitness to this relaxing and enjoyable free workshop.
