Tennis – Enjoy a friendly, beginner-friendly session focusing on movement, coordination, and fun
Tai Chi – Experience calm, low-impact exercises that improve balance, flexibility, and wellbeing
Both activities will run at the same time, with two session times available for each, so you can select the session that best suits you.

Session 1: 9:30am - 10:15am
Session 2: 10:30am - 11:15am
