What's this about?We are hosting an "end of the session" gathering for our "Rock n' Rollin' Aerobics" classes on November 7, 2024, by having a free, open-to-the-public gathering, offering a low-impact aerobics fitness lesson, utilizing "call and response" adapted dance moves to energetic 50s/60s rock n' roll, followed by socializing and eating.
The cost?
It's "FREE" (well, it's a potluck, so the cost is bringing something edible to share!)
When?
Thursday, November 7, 2024. 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Try to arrive around 3:15 for checking in and setting up.)
