Created by mindset and confidence expert Ife Thomas, The Confidence Star gently equips young people to counteract negative self-talk and grow confidence from the inside out, giving you practical strategies to support your child’s emotional wellbeing every day. This session will leave you feeling inspired, equipped and uplifted as we share how small daily shifts in how we speak to ourselves can make a big difference in the lives of our children.
