Whether you're a beginner or have martial arts experience, this FREE class will cover essential self-defense strategies, including basic strikes, escapes, and defensive movements. No prior training is needed - just come ready to learn in a supportive environment. Held in the Community Center. Parents of ages 15 and under must remain in the building.
