Hosted by Mid City Neighbors and Karate of L.A
Join GoJu-Ryu for this free, fun, and informative class with instructors Shihan Vassie, Senpai Krishan, Senpai Crystal, Senpai Mike and Senpai Matt. They lead and demonstrate simple but effective moves with a 45 minute Self Defense/Martial Arts Class.
Learn effective moves for real-life situations, build confidence, mindset and how to protect and defend yourself, focusing on noninvasive techniques.
This class is modified to cater to any age at any level. Kids (2-10) are welcomed and if needed one of our Senpai's can lead a seperate session.
Please stick around after the class for breakout sessions and to learn more about Karate of L.A, Classes they offer, 1 on 1 advice/tips, or just have questions.

We will be set up inside the Colorado Center Park. Entrance corner of 26th and Broadway. Free underground parking (entrance Colorado/Cloverfield), plenty of meters on Broadway.
