QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer. Three simple steps that anyone can learn to support someone in crisis. This free training will teach you how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, respond with care and confidence, and connect individuals to the help they need.
Just like CPR, QPR equips everyday people to take action in an emergency. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and make a difference.
