About These Sound Baths
These Pay What You Can sound baths are a newer offering, something I created to make sound baths more accessible to anyone curious to try. Whether it’s your first time or your fifteenth, you’re welcome to join!
This removes the cost barrier and also gives me room to be more flexible and creative with how I play. Every session still follows a thoughtful, intentional format.. but I don’t hold myself to a rigid structure or exact duration. That helps me show up more fully, which makes it better for everyone.
While these sessions are meant to be relaxing and grounding, they’re also a chance for me to try new things, adjust based on the group, and just enjoy the process. If you ever want to share feedback, I’d love to hear it, but there’s absolutely no pressure to do so.
What to Bring
- A mat to lie on (we’ll have a few extras if you don’t have one)
- Optional: items to help you get cozy.. pillow, blanket, eye cover
- If you need a chair instead of the floor, just let us know on the form and we’ll have one ready
- Feel free to bring a water bottle or crystals if you’d like to charge them during the session
Payment Info
- This is a Pay What You Can event — even if that’s $0.
- There’s absolutely no pressure to contribute.
- If you do wish to, you’ll see the option during registration, or you can contribute in cash or via Venmo at the event.
*Important:
Because the registration system treats this as a free event, you can only sign up one person at a time. If you’re bringing someone with you, just fill out a second registration with their name.
Other Notes
- Dress comfortably
- Doors close at the start time, please arrive at least 5 minutes early
- If it’s your first time coming to Carella’s, give yourself a few extra minutes to find the space
