Older adults are at higher risk for social isolation and loneliness due to changes in health and social connections that can come with aging. Join us to get tips for staying connected, growing your social networks, and improving your physical and mental health. A light breakfast will be served at 9:30 a.m. and the program will start at 10 a.m.
This event will be taking place in person at Capital Heath – Hamilton with the option of attending virtually using Zoom. If you register for the virtual option, meeting details will be provided via email 2-3 days before the program date. For those that plan to attend in-person, space is limited, so be sure to register early. Registration ends 24 hours before the program date.
