AZRI invites you to a FREE mindfulness class created especially for kids! 🌈🧘♀️
Led by Donnella Corey, LAC, this engaging and supportive class will teach your child how to:🌬️ Use their breath to feel calm🌎 Connect more with the world around them🧠 Improve focus and ease anxious feelings
Through simple breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and quiet mindfulness activities, kids will walk away with easy tools they can use anytime—at home, at school, or whenever life feels overwhelming.
👧👦 Recommended for children ages 6–12, as the class includes fun, age-appropriate activities and educational content designed to help them understand and practice mindfulness.Please note: this is not a therapy group, but a skills-based class to support emotional well-being.
