Free Play: Youth Fitness, Nutrition and Hygiene Program

The Free Play program is a series of activities to promote youth physical and personal development. The Free program introduces boys and girls ages 5-13 to fitness, exercises, and Free Play activities which allows the to try different physical activities and challenge their skills and abilities.
The first week February 10 & 13 will be evening (5-7pm) programs. The second week February 16-20 will be held morning (11-1pm) programs during the winter break.
Meals, refreshments and nutritional and hygiene products and information will be distributed to the participants.
