While perfect for those new to Pilates, this class also offers deeper activation and control for those experienced in fitness looking to maintain balance and support recovery.
Whether you’re easing back into movement or complementing your fitness routine, this class will leave you feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body.
All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered to suit your personal fitness journey.
