🌟 Phonics Workshop: Building Confident Readers & Writers! 📚✏️
Join us for a fun, engaging and interactive phonics workshop designed especially for our Reception and Year 1 students (ages 4–6)! This exciting session will focus on all things phonics ! Supporting both reading and writing skills in a lively, hands on way.
During the workshop, children will:
✨ Practise recognising and confidently saying letter sounds
📖 Develop blending skills to read words smoothly
✍️ Strengthen segmenting skills for spelling and writing
🌈 Build confidence with tricky words
🎲 Enjoy games and activities that make phonics fun and memorable
This workshop will also help prepare our Year 1 students for their upcoming Phonics Screening Check, ensuring they feel confident, capable and ready to shine! 🌟
Our aim is to nurture enthusiastic, resilient learners by building strong phonics foundations in a positive and supportive environment.
