Join us for our Free community yoga class in the park!This will be a gentle flowing yoga class with meditation.
A beautiful way to connect with your mind, body and breath, out in the fresh air, beneath the shade of the amazing big trees at Sel Outridge Park in Redland Bay!
? When: Saturday 13th December 9am - 10am (YES, It's on a Saturday this time)
? Where: Sel Outridge Park, in Redland Bay. Off Broadwater Terrace, the large oval/park near The Redland Bay Hotel.
? Cost: Free - however Registration is appreciated, and more essential for health & safety reasons if you've never attended a class with me at Saha before. Please register Here!

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel, water, and any props you love to use. Sometimes a little picnic under your mat can make the experience more comfortable.
Also, you may like to bring a hat, sunglasses, bug repellent, sunscreen.
Everyone is welcome, whether you're new to yoga or returning to the mat, or you're a regular at Saha and you'd like to come and practice outdoors with me!
Come and nurture yourself in nature.
✨Also, if you’re free to stay after yoga, we’re going to have a morning tea, picnic style there at the park, as a bit of a get together before Christmas. Optional: bring a small plate to share?✨
