Join this 12-week life changing compassionate parenting class and discover a network of support.

The Parenting Journey program aims to help caregivers increase confidence, capability and resiliency, as individuals and as parents.

• Understanding and managing behavior and communication.
• Navigating the differences between punishment and discipline.
• Creating a healthy family dynamic.

• 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

*Note: This group will run from January-March. Participants will only be able to have two absences.

East Harlem Neighborhood Health Action Center: Hosting a variety of programs and activities focused on the health and wellness of East Tremont residents. Our clinical partners also offer primary health services. The Action Center is part of the City's effort to promote health equity and reduce health disparities in the neighborhood.
