Join this 12-week life changing compassionate parenting class and discover a network of support.

The Parenting Journey program aims to help caregivers increase confidence, capability and resiliency, as individuals and as parents.

• Understanding and managing behavior and communication.
• Navigating the differences between punishment and discipline.
• Creating a healthy family dynamic.

• 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

*Note: This group will run from April-June. Participants will only be able to have two absences.

Brownsville Neighborhood Health Action Center: Hosting a variety of programs and activities focused on the health and wellness of residents within the 5 boroughs. Our clinical partners also offer primary health services. The Action Center is part of the City's effort to promote health equity and reduce health disparities in the neighborhood.
