✨ Free Parent Wellbeing Session – Royal Wootton Bassett ✨On Wednesday 24th June, Yvonne Parker Hypnotherapy will be joining us again at the Bassett Breasties drop-in to run a free, relaxed session for parents.
Yvonne will be sharing simple techniques to help ease parental pressures and overwhelm — those moments when everything feels a little too much.
This will be a friendly, no-pressure demonstration session, open to all parents at any stage of parenthood. You do not need to be breastfeeding or attending the support group to come along.
We’d also love to know: what parenting pressures would you like this session to cover?
For example:
• Managing overwhelm
• Sleep deprivation
• Feeling touched out
• Finding calm during difficult moments
• Balancing everything that comes with parenthood
