please note the time change for the next 2 weeks ! Classes are based on the tradition of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The sequence is designed to help regulate the nervous system, improve overall mobility, and support the development of strength and balance.
No previous yoga experience is required. However, some level of mobility is recommended, like being able to get on and off the floor without external support. That being said, everyone is welcome to come and practice according to their own capacity.
The classes have a sliding scale from $0 to infinity, so everyone is genuinely welcome regardless of financial circumstances. If you feel called to contribute, your support will help me continue deepening my studies and sharing these teachings with the community.
