Join us for an OUTDOOR yoga practice honoring our beautiful environment here at the NWDC River Campus!

~ What to Bring: yoga mat (we have a limited supply of yoga mats first come first serve), towel/blanket, water bottle, sun protection

~ Suggested age group: ages 13 and up. This class has a capacity of 25 participants, and all participants are required to sign a liability waiver and encouraged to register ahead of time to reserve their spot.
~ Please meet near the deck in front of our main riverfront building.
~ Dress to be outside – the program lasts an hour, and we will be outside for the whole program.
~ During this completely outdoor yoga flow, our bodies and hands will be pressed against the ground, and we want to make sure you are comfortable. So please note: if temperatures are forecasted to be under 50 degrees, this program will be canceled.
