Free Outdoor Yoga Class at Optimist Hall

CorePower Yoga is joining forces with Optimist Hall on the patio above El Thrifty for a blend of their signature classes, C2 and Yoga Sculpt. This all levels, 60-minute class experience will give you the best of two worlds: a flow class that strengthens, balances and detoxifies using breath and body-weight movement that will sculpt, boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass - all set to an energizing playlist.
