Experience four 30-minute classes, meet your teachers, tour the studio, and get a true feel for our warm, intentional, heart-centered space.

9:15 AM — Foundations w/ Jamie
Build confidence through alignment-based movement, mindful breathwork, and supportive guidance.
10:00 AM — First Friday Flow w/ Cynthia
A playful, energizing all-levels flow to shake off stress and reconnect with joy.
10:45 AM — Drift w/ Bethanie
A soothing slow-flow warm-up followed by a deeply restful Yoga Nidra to calm the nervous system.
11:30 AM — Deep Stretch w/ Kim
Gentle floor-based postures, long holds, and restorative relaxation for a full-body exhale.
